The training emphasizes proper biomechanics, strength, and stability, all of which are critical determinants of performance and contribute to reducing the risk of injury. Visual Training Training with the Senaptec strobe glasses enhances visual skills such as focus, object tracking, anticipation timing, reaction time, visualization, balance/stability, and peripheral vision. The strobes in the glasses reduce the amount of visual information available to the athlete, forcing them to become more effective in processing this data. This effectively slows the game down around the athlete, helping them make quicker decisions, execute rapid responses, and complete more efficient movements which contribute to better game-day performance. Cord Training Athletic Republic Conditioning Cords provide controlled resistance while allowing athletes to perform at game speed, greatly improving sport-specific power for hitting, throwing, running, shooting, spiking serving and/or jumping.
